Commercial back office sales team member (24/30 hours)

Join our sales team, where you’ll handle all sales data related to financial aspects (customer satisfaction) and production processes. You’ll coordinate with internal departments to ensure system alignment and manage orders to meet promised turnaround times. In this role, you’ll manage your own customer portfolio, ensuring that all agreements are honored and deliveries are executed smoothly.

Who Are We Looking For? We seek a candidate who:

  1. Takes ownership of the customer order pipeline, resolving discrepancies with internal and external customers.
  2. Possesses or is eager to learn technical shoe skills.
  3. Is familiar with processes and enjoys reporting.
  4. Has a hands-on mentality and at least MBO+ level thinking.
  5. Can handle challenges under time pressure.
  6. Communicates effectively in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
  7. Maintains a focus on client and company quality.
  8. Is proficient with Office software, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.
